Nauru Airlines begins direct Brisbane-Palau flights

Departing from Brisbane on Tuesdays at 11:30pm, travellers will be carried to the enchanting shores of Palau International Airport on the main island of Babeldaob by 4:30am.
The return flight, departing Palau on Wednesdays at 10:30 pm, will reach Brisbane at a bleary-eyed 5:30am.

Great news. I flew the Air Niugini BNE-POM-ROR service a couple of times and was disappointed to see it discontinued. Good to see the government prioritising connectivity with the Pacific. Hopefully Palau does some marketing here - it’s a really magical place.
