Have I missed an email from AMEX ? Since May I have not received any Velocity points from my joint AMEX/Mastercard from Westpac. I can see the Mastercard points ( which I hardly use ) ...but have the AMEX ones gone somewhere ?? Given the inability to switch Velocity to Krisflyer, this is looking like a dud card ( for me )
Hi cebeckey, AMEX has since restored those manual transfers for Membership Rewards members (covered in a later article), but the poster is asking about an Altitude card, which isn't attached to AMEX MR.

There is this article from April where AMEX paused Velocity transfers.
