The refurbishment of the 777-300ER fleet doesn't start until July. So no new seats till after then. Even then, I'd say that route will be low priority. When I last flew it 2 to 3 months ago it was the old 2-3-2 angled flat bed.
Howdy, does anyone know if the 777s out of MEL are all the ancient angled, old flat or new J class?
Is there anyway of checking?
Emirates will always be a guessing game for which seat you ultimately get. To hell with that joke! I go with Qatar and Etihad, and never have to deal with that dreaded 2-3-2 problem. If you can help it, I suggest you consider doing the same. I'll consider flying with Emirates once there's guaranteed privacy and aisle access on every flight, regardless of the aircraft type. You just don't get that guarantee right now.
