I flew back from the Philippines early this month. I was flying business and currently hold Platinum. I decided to try the Emirates lounge in Terminal 3 in place of the PAGSS Premium Lounge but was turned away on the basis that it is a 'third party' lounge and the flight was not EK or code share.
