About to head to the UK. Pre-covid, I used the Velocity travel card. What is the best card for locking in exchange rates and taking out cash in the UK now? Are the Citibank or HSBC flexible currency accounts a better option?

Wise is one to have a look at. Good rates, very low fees for conversion and can hold 50odd currencies.
